Students from the Departments of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Materials Science (SM) who have duly re-enrolled for the 2026/2027 academic year are hereby informed that their re-enrollment certificates and grade transcripts will be made available according to the following schedule:
Distribution period:
- From Sunday, September 20, 2026, to Monday, September 21, 2026
- From 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM
Required documents to present
Students must present the following documents:
- Student ID card or national identity card;
- Original Bachelor's degree (Licence) diploma for students enrolled in the first year of a Master's program;
- Faculty library clearance slip.
